So you have had your surfaces beautifully cleaned and all those beautiful colours are now back the way you used to remember them! What do you do now?
So from the day your surfaces are cleaned and beautifully restored nature and the atmosphere are going to do their best to try and take back over again. Here at Paveclean Pro Ltd we love the natural world but unless you are willing to weed by hand which can be very time consuming and costly then we have to look at the application of surface care products used periodically through the year to keep the surfaces looking weed free and moss free in between cleans.

How often do you recommend using weedkilling products on my surfaces?

After we have cleaned your surfaces we recommend that you thoroughly spray your surfaces with a Glyphosate product within 2 weeks and then every 8-12 weeks for best results. If you allow the weeds to grow to seed then they will spread very quickly across surfaces soon taking back over again. Block paving is the best example of how weeds love to set seed in the jointing sand and thrive if left unmanaged but all surfaces and jointing products do suffer with weeds & moss its nature.

Why would my property benefit from you carrying out a routine maintenance contract? 

Here at Paveclean Pro Ltd we are  licenced NPTC qualified pesticide spraying contractors fully trained in the use of professional grade products giving us access to stronger products and the knowledge to set up a maintenance contract best suited to your properties needs. We do however help you if you wish to maintain your surfaces and can advise you on products suitable that you can purchase and use yourself. 

A typical programme would look something like this below:

  • Annual clean
  • Professional weedkiller application within two weeks.
  • Periodic spraying typically every 12 weeks for best results
  • Annual moss killer treatment ( if required) carried out in Autumn

Professional product applications start from as little as £35.00 per treatment and many clients prefer to use our service rather than purchase, store and apply products themselves. Packages booked as an annual contract bundle benefit from multi booking discounts
